Abstract
Comparative politics focuses on the examination of different countries, making comprehensive descriptions and profound explanations. Among them, the difference of political culture between different countries is one of the comparable points. Based on the difference of political culture between China and the West, this paper tries to find out the reasons for the difference of political culture between China and the West and the "asymmetric cognition" in the political and cultural communication between China and the West.
