Association between noise annoyance and hearing loss caused by chronic exposure to noise among the workers of an automotive industry

The advancement of technology, population growth, the use of vehicles and other issues of life all contribute to the annoyance of the modern men and depriving them of comfort by producing unpleasant noise [1]
The results of this study, showed that there was a significant positive relationship between noise annoyance and hearing loss among the workers, and the likelihood of noise annoyance increased with the incidence of hearing loss
Continuous and prolonged exposures to 85 dB can cause temporary or permanent noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL), and this disorder can lead to interruptions in speech communication of individuals both quantitatively and qualitatively
