Abstract
Purpose: Knee synovial abnormality, a potentially modifiable treatment target for knee pain and osteoarthritis, is commonly detected in the older population, but the etiology remains unclear. We examined the associations between hyperuricemia and synovial abnormalities detected by ultrasound in a general population sample.
