The data was analyzed and the dynamics of digital processes in the field of culture for 2013-2021 were determined for 80 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The results showed that the level of digital maturity of the cultural sphere varies significantly across regions, and inequality in the level of digital development in this area also persists. Leading regions that have achieved high results in digital development, as well as lagging territories, have been identified. The classification obtained during the study allows for a more targeted implementation of cultural policy in the regions of Russia.
