Abstract

The design of a one-sided cutting tool and a new method of vibrational dimensional dispersion of waste of collagencontaining materials are developed. Hodographs and cross-section shapes are constructed using computer modeling of complex spatial vibration movements of the cutting part of the tool. The possibilities of controlling of the geometry of cut chips are determined. Expressions are obtained for calculating of the cutting force during chip separation and the dependence of the cutting force on the angular speeds of the complex movement of the tool.
