Abstract

Research and production enterprises produce high-tech machines, making it necessary to carry out extensive design work when creating new and modernizing existing products. Currently, design is supported by many software systems that require high-performance computing hardware. The research aims to develop a method for assessing project team efficiency in using computers for project tasks. It is proposed to apply the Data Envelopment Analysis method to build the project team's efficiency frontiers. A key indicator set has been developed that characterizes the implementation of project tasks and the provision of computer equipment. The results of solving linear programming problems are illustrated in Production Possibility Sets. The position of project teams in the space of key indicators relative to the efficiency frontier is analyzed visually on diagrams. This view allows the analyst to identify targeted changes in key indicators to maximize the project team's effectiveness. The analysis of the progress of project teams in different periods was carried out using the Malmqvist productivity index. The results were used to build a management system for project teams at the aerospace industry's research and production enterprise.
