Abstract

The impact of modern environmental movement to organization activities encourages organizations to move from traditional functional management to project management organizations. Project for project’s organization is not only a tool to carry out complex processes, but also creates favourable conditions for organization's strategies. Expanding not only approach to project management thereby is observed a revolutionary way of thinking about change of project objectives and its management. Projects are often referred to as the dynamic measures of changes”, some of these new style projects to create and manage a competent co-operation is required, without limits and within organization and beyond. Today's businesses seeking to operate effectively in a intensive competition and continuing and rapid development conditions, traditional vertical structures and hierarchies are not longer sufficient. The projects help to implement changes in organization. The change projects are implementing by project teams – a common goal in most efficient way, purposeful, harmonious and consistent goal-oriented team. This paper presents formation process assumption and driving force of an effective project teams, as one of key performance challenges for individual – team – an organization to ensure successful change management capabilities, competitiveness and continuous learning. Effective project teams are teams when they members’ skills, experience, motivation, teamwork and present / importance of sense are coordinate, combine in a clear project structure and diversity of responsibilities, a lot of time and effort putting to analysis, modelling and combination of individual and collective objectives. Effective project teams are dedicated for their growth and success. This is a complex work requiring knowledge and knowledge about effective team management, development of project team structuring, and project team training, past process managing and promoting more efficient to set achievable goals of project, team members' relationships based on trust, communication and collaboration, continuous learning and drive to be even more effective project team. The objective of research paper: to explore an effective project team formation factors affecting, to offer an effective project team development model. Methodology of research paper: logical and systematic analysis of scientific papers. Conclusions: Effective projects team formation can be analyzed from different aspects – as an interaction, as an communication, as an activity, as management and so on. All approaches to formation, although different, but basically are correct, because it reflects reality of training (formation). Effective project team formation should include: identity of project team building, conflict management of project team, project team motivation, project team training, management of project team work and productivity.
