Abstract
We present a modified algorithm for adaptive Wiener filtering using two quadrature reference signals for a dynamic estimation of the phase and amplitude of interferometric signals. The advantages of the noise resistance of the modified algorithm with respect to the random deviations of the phase step and the observation noise effect are demonstrated in comparison with the original algorithm. We report the estimates of the error in determination of the phase shift step and signal phase in the interferometry of the controlled phase shift as well as the experimental results regarding the envelope of the partially coherent interferometric signals, which were obtained when determining the inner microstructure of the objects in optical coherence tomography.
