Abstract

The aim of study was studying of microcirculation’s condition in the bladder wall at patients with chronic recurrent cystitis. Patient and methods. For the investigation of the bladder wall microcirculation the original technique of intravesical high-frequency ultrasonic dopplerography (USDG) with help of which the study of the bladder wall blood-flow at 37 women with chronic recurrent cystitis was carried out as well as at 32 healthy women from the control group. Results. The method of USDG gave the possibility to estimate the blood-flow condition in the bladder wall at women with chronic cystitis and to establish the existence and extent of its violations. Conclusion. The disorder of the microcirculation can be considered as one of the major factors promoting a chronization and recurrency of the inflammatory process in the bladder wall. The prescription of medications improving the blood-flow in the bladder wall is pathogenetic defensible
