Abstract
The article presents the calculation results of parameters of social and economic availability for antibacterial drugs used for treating acute simple bronchitis in children under the age of 3 years in the context of pharmaceutical groups for the period of 2011 – 2015. According to the solvency adequacy ratio calculated for the population the negative trend to increase its value for all groups of antibacterial drugs in 2015 compared to 2011 has been found, and as a result, their availability for consumers decreases. According to the results of calculations of availability indicators for domestic and foreign antibacterial drugs within 2012-2015 it has been determined that the characteristic dynamics in the availability indicators increases exactly for domestic drugs, and, on the contrary, it decreases for drugs of foreign manufacture. According to the authors the current trend indicates the need to expand the market segment of antibacterial drugs due to the national production, and it will increase the overall level of economic availability for consumers.

Разом з тим комплексні дослідження щодо фармацевтичного забезпечення дітей раннього віку хворих на ГПБ в Україні не проводились.
Відсутність актуальних результатів маркетингових досліджень ринку антибактеріальних ЛЗ для лікування ГПБ у дітей раннього віку визначає питання якісного та доступного фармацевтичного забезпечення цієї категорії хворих як проблемне.
З урахуванням соціально-економічної актуальності питання, що розглядається, метою нашого дослідження стало проведення оцінки економічної доступності антибактеріальних ЛЗ, що застосовуються для лікування ГПБ у дітей до 3-х років, упродовж 2011-2015 рр.
Summary
Разом з тим комплексні дослідження щодо фармацевтичного забезпечення дітей раннього віку хворих на ГПБ в Україні не проводились. Відсутність актуальних результатів маркетингових досліджень ринку антибактеріальних ЛЗ для лікування ГПБ у дітей раннього віку визначає питання якісного та доступного фармацевтичного забезпечення цієї категорії хворих як проблемне. З урахуванням соціально-економічної актуальності питання, що розглядається, метою нашого дослідження стало проведення оцінки економічної доступності антибактеріальних ЛЗ, що застосовуються для лікування ГПБ у дітей до 3-х років, упродовж 2011-2015 рр.
