Abstract
Objective To search an effective method to monitor the quality of hand hygiene among medical staff.Methods To sample 180 medical staff working in the hospital environment Ⅲ such as departments of internal medicine,chirurgery,gynecology,emergency,pediatrics,obstetrics and out-patient clinic etc.And monitor their hand hygiene quality,aiming at finding out the virtual quality of paramedics' hand hygiene.Results The average of the qualification rate of paramedics being working in our hospital reached 71.67%,nurses' and doctors' being 78%,63.75% respectively.Conclusions Random monitoring of the quality of hand hygiene among medicine staff can reflect the circumstances of hand hygiene among medicine staff more accurately.
