Abstract
The proposed study is intended to study the gaps in providing the quality services as per standards. This study will help us to understand standards to be maintained in the clinical and non-clinical areas, specially intensive care, and OT as they are highly prone to hospital acquired infection. Hence, implement the improvements in the areas required with correct methods and procedures. Objectives: 1. To find and reduce the gaps in the quality services provided in the clinical and non-clinical areas in the OT and ICU. 2. To assess the compliance of percentage of quality indicators. 3. To assess the method of collection of data capturing for the assessment of records.
