Currently to ensure the maximum level of care for each patient who have met with cardiac arrest previously, we should efficiently interpret the resuscitation process into clinical care and to improve resuscitation after effect. Effective basic life support given immediately after cardiac arrest can improve a victim’s chance of survival. Methods: Quantitative research was approached using descriptive design in the study. The setting of the study was at DLF Mall of India, Noida. 60 specimens were chosen by convenient sampling method. Two tools were used, Structured Knowledge Questions and Observation check list. Descriptive and inferential statistics was done by using data examination. Result: Data showed the mean after test knowledge score was (33.00) of staff members which was more than their mean before test knowledge score (9.03) having a mean difference of 23.967. The mean after test skill result(14.52) of staff members were more than their mean before test skill result (1.10) having a mean difference of 13.417. The r value was found to be 0.248 which signifies there is a weak positive relationship between knowledge and skill of staff members. There were no significant association found in among mean before test knowledge result and skill scores like age, educational qualification, certification in basic life support.
