Abstract

Determining the surgical strategy for patients with multiple diseased infrapopliteal arteries is difficult for surgeons and there is no consensus on determining which vessel should be revascularized in these patients. Therefore, we conducted a study to compare the perfusion improvement between revascularizing supplying vessel of ischemic area directly and restoring blood supply through collateral circulation.
