The findings indicated that sense of community and meaningful work were significantly affecting organizational commitment whilst the work experience was not
Summary
The importance and role of workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have been studied by various researchers from time to time. The study was to examine whether workplace spirituality can affect organizational commitment positively or negatively. It is very important for the organizations to have a good commitment in order to move fast, efficient and precise.
