Abstract

This study aimed the relationship the relationship of the Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS) with the concept of cyberculture in their daily lives. The object of study was focused on the testimony of teachers and students regarding the use of mobile technology incorporated into the teaching. For that, we conducted a qualitative research through the UFS analysis of documents and the applicable law; as well as informal conversations with teachers and students, interviews with teachers, son-site observation of teaching practice in all campuses of the UFS. The results showed internal problems generated by the development of both administrative practice and teaching, supported by the exclusion of research and dialogue on the use of mobile digital technology in their teaching and pedagogical practice
