Art Education in the High School

Abstract

I looked closely at the topic given me for discussion to see whether a question mark followed the title, Art Education in High School. Indeed, there should be one as art education in high school is a highly questionable matter. I should like to ask, “Is there any art in high school, or can there be any art in high school? Does anyone really care whether there is any art in high school?” The miracle to me is that some high schools teach art; that the student continues to request it in spite of the fact that the school itself, society, and the home militate against him.
