Abstract
The paper targets at vocational colleges with weak information technology infrastructure, analyzes their traditional cost structure, utilization and cost utility of IT resources, discusses the cost analysis model of public cloud if accessible, and explores appropriate IT strategies for rapid development based on actual cases.
