Roaa Ali Roaa Ali University of Manchester Roaa Ali's research explores the representation of ethnic minorities and the politics of cultural production post 9/11. She is a Research Associate at the University of Manchester (Centre on Dynamics of Ethnicity). Roaa completed her PhD at the University of Birmingham. Her thesis investigated the post-9/11 representation of Arab Americans in theatre, and is being prepared for a monograph. Her work appear in Research in Drama Education: The Journal of Applied Theatre and Performance (RiDE), Journal of Arts and Community, The Methuen Drama Companion to Theatre and Interculturalism, and Accessibility, Inclusion, and Diversity in Critical Events.
