Abstract
This paper deals with an evaluation of de Saussure's heritage, in three directions : 1) linguistic schools ; 2) what saussurean concepts became ; 3) the borrowings of terms and problematics by human sciences. We try to show that pretending structuralism to be de Saussure's heritage is partly a fantasm.
