Aproximación histórica a la psicología del trabajo y de las organizaciones en Colombia

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to critically reflect on the historical development of the field of study of the psychology of work and organizations in Colombia, which allows taking stock of the theoretical, conceptual, methodological and instrumental contributions that occurred from its inception in 1948 until today. The historical method from the literature review allows the construction and reconstruction of discipline from within. The results show the configuration of an instrumentalist perspective of psychology reactively responding to the demands of the business sector of the moment.
