Abstract
Для неограниченных подмножеств $E$ комплексной плоскости получены условия, необходимые или достаточные для того, чтобы для всякого компакта $K$, не разбивающего плоскость, наипростейшие дроби с полюсами из $E\setminus K$ с любой точностью равномерно на $K$ приближали всякую функцию, непрерывную на $K$ и голоморфную внутри $K$.
