Abstract

Time-dependent behaviour of fluctuations for a reaction-diffusion system is analyzed using the multivariate master equation and neglecting the space correlations of order higher than two. The influence of diffusion coefficient is discussed. Only for a suitable diffusion rate and initial concentrations will the fluctuation be enhanced. Analytic results are compared with the numerical calculations.
