Abstract

An electrochemical system based on cytochrome P450 and riboflavin has been developed, which makes it possible to increase the yield of the product in a model system using cytochrome P450 substrate - erythromycin. Achieved an increase in the catalytic activity of cytochrome P450 by 28-36%.
