Abstract

Purposes. Formulation and characterization of the main stages of change management in the enterprise, definition of strategies to change management, definition of directions to researches of change management at the enterprises of railway transport in the passenger sector, the definition of scientific approaches to change management of the railway transport enterprises in the field of passenger transport, definition of change management functions to the railway transport enterprises in the sphere of passenger transportation. Methods. To solve the problems of this class in the work it is proposed to apply a systematic, integrated approaches and methods of rational problem solving. The Results. The paper defines the relationship of scientific approaches and functions of change management with the factors that affect the competitiveness of passenger trains. Practical significance. A certain connection of scientific approaches and functions of change management with the factors that affect the competitiveness of passenger trains, will further formulate the principles and mechanisms of change management of railway transport enterprises in the field of passenger transport and generally determine the purpose of change management of railway transport enterprises in the field of passenger transport.
