Abstract
We present two different approaches to evaluate the nonlocal square root operator that usually appears in the relativistic equation. We also introduce a new strategy to solve coupled equation systems such as Dirac coupled equations and Bethe-Salpeter coupled equations and apply this strategy to the solution of Dirac coupled equations with vector and scalar potentials.
