Abstract
目的 了解手术室情景模拟带教方法效果的影响.方法将在手术室实习的80名大专护生随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40人.对照组采用传统式方法带教.观察组采用情景模拟带教,即通过护生亲自动手、亲身感受、换位思考,并观察护生的学习兴趣、自信心和综合能力.结果观察组护生对手术室工作兴趣、无菌操作能力、动手配合能力、出科理论和操作考试成绩与对照组相比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论情景模拟带教更能发挥护生的主观能动性,提高其学习兴趣和工作能力。
