Abstract
Currently, the perspective on the traditional project life cycle and legal regulations governing the sequence of construction investment implementation do not explicitly mention operation and maintenance. Through examining the project life cycle and regulations regarding the sequence of construction investment implementation, this study emphasizes the imperative of applying building information modelling (BIM). Furthermore, the study provides insightful recommendations aimed at regulations, encompassing the sequence of construction investment implementation and the establishment of standardized cost estimation guidelines for construction works within investment projects.
