Abstract

In the article the authors consider the applied meaning of the dictionary units “ outcome (-s)” and “consequence (-s)” in the forensic examination of determining the severity of harm caused to human health through the use of such medical criteria as loss of vision, loss of speech, hearing loss, loss of an organ, or loss of its functions, termination of pregnancy and indelible facial disfiguration.
