Abstract
In the framework of a Natural Resources and Environment Ministry level project, chaired by the Vietnam Institute of Geodesy and Cartography, we have established GNSS-Pro software for processing GNSS short baseline networks. The software can process carrier phase measurements from single or dual frequency receivers for the two satellite systems GPS and GLONASS simultaneously. This paper presents the results of treatment an illustrated cadastral GNSS network in Hai Duong province by GNSS-Pro and compared with other commonly used software packages such as Leica Geo Office (LGO) and Trimble Business Center (TBC). Result comparisons showed that although GNSS data collected in the unfavorable conditions, GNSS-Pro still offers fixed solution for all baselines with centimeter level accuracy.

Tiếp theo việc xây dựng phần mềm GUST ver. 2.0 để xử lý đồng thời các dữ liệu GPS/GLONASS trong ITRF trên các cạnh dài (xem tài liệu [9]), việc nghiên cứu phương pháp xử lý các dữ liệu đo GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) cạnh ngắn (nhỏ hơn 20 km) có ý nghĩa quan trọng đối với ngành Đo đạc và Bản đồ trong việc phát triển các mạng lưới GNSS phục vụ công tác xây dựng cơ sở khống chế đo vẽ. (tính đến 6/2015), việc sử dụng các dịch vụ vệ tinh GLONASS để định vị sẽ cho phép thay thế hệ thống GPS trong trường hợp hệ thống này gặp sự cố. Cho đến thời điểm hiện nay tất cả các phần mềm xử lý dữ liệu đo GNSS cạnh ngắn được sử dụng rộng rãi tại Việt Nam đều nhập từ nước ngoài như GPSurvey, Trimble Geomatic Office và Trimble Business Center của hãng Trimble (Mỹ) [6], Leica Geo Office của hãng Leica (Thụy Sỹ) [7], Topcon Tools cúa Topcon (Nhật). Để chúng minh tính đúng đán và hiệu quả của phần mềm, chúng tôi có so sánh kết quả xử lý với một số phần mềm khác thông dụng hiện nay
