Application value of color doppler ultrasound in preoperative diagnosis of 228 patients with adult acute abdomen

Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasonography on the preoperative diagnosis of adult acute abdomen.Methods Two hundred and twenty-eight adult patients with acute abdomen in the first people' s hospital of Pingdingshan from January 2010 to December 2012 were chose as the objects of observation.All patients underwent color doppler ultrasonography,and the color doppler ultrasound diagnosis results were compared with the operation,pathological and clinical results.Results The diagnosis accuracy of color doppler ultrasound was 84.6％,and for acute cholecystitis,cholelithiasis,acute appendicitis,ectopic pregnancy,ovarian cyst torsion,acute pancreatitis,traumatic visceral and corpus luteum rupture,it had high accuracy.Conclusions Color doppler ultrasound can timely and accurately diagnose the adult acute abdomen,and it can provide reference for clinicians,reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,so color doppler ultrasound can be used as the preferred method for examination of acute abdomen.
