Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumor. Methods Thirty-seven patients with gastrointestinal tumor confirmed by surgery or biopsy guided by ultrasound were selected as objects, to analyze the ultrasonic image characteristics and to evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors. Results In this study, pathologic diagnoses of 37 patients presented 5 cases of gastric carcinoma, 5 cases of gastric stromal tumor, 2 cases of gastric lymphoma, 4 cases of small intestinal leiomyoma, 14 cases of colon cancer, 7 cases of colon stromal tumor; ultrasonic localization diagnosis presented 12 cases of stomach tumor, 4 cases of small intestine tumors, 21 cases of colon tumor, localization diagnostic accuracy was 100%, which was in line with pathological diagnosis (Kappa=1); except 1 case of colonic carcinoma misdiagnosed as colon stromal tumors, the rest ultrasound diagnoses were consistent with the pathological diagnosis, the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis was 97.30%, and was in good consistency with the pathological diagnosis (Kappa=0.937). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumor is in good consistency with corresponding pathological diagnosis, and has very high clinical value. Key words: Gastrointestinal tumor; Color Doppler ultrasound; Diagnosis; Application value
