Abstract
Energy conservation and environmental protection industry is coming into a rapid developing period, there is urgent need to a reasonable assessment of the energy conservation and environmental protection enterprise target value with the scale up and frequencies of M&A activity. This research demonstrates the current situation of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in China, and analysis the application of EVA enterprise evaluation method in energy conservation and environmental protection industry. This research takes Beijing Sanju Environmental Protection & New Materials Company for example to assess the enterprise value, and compares with market capitalization, so it is effective and feasible to use EVA system in energy conservation and environmental protection enterprise value evaluation. Finally, the article points out the suggestion of application in energy conservation and environmental protection enterprise value evaluation based on EVA.
