Abstract
Abstract This paper is based on cloud computing technology in artificial intelligence and a clustering algorithm controlled to divide teaching resource attributes and reduce packet loss rates in the system. Data mining is used to reduce the number of iterations and improve processing efficiency, a learner model is designed, and the teaching process and assessment tasks are constructed to realize the teaching model. Two natural classes of students at the University of S. underwent an instructional experiment. The results showed that the experimental class reached about 70% of the overall students in the achievement range of 85-95 and 95-100. The college English teaching model based on artificial intelligence technology’s feasibility and effectiveness are proven by the significant improvement in performance compared to the control class.
