Abstract
As a new type of testing technology, ultrasonic phased array testing technology can achieve the efficiency and quality that other testing methods cannot achieve. This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the application of ultrasonic phased array technology in the inspection of small diameter pipe welds of circulating fluidized bed boiler, analyzes the difficulties in the inspection process, and summarizes the possible non-relevant indications generated by the ultrasonic phased array. This paper can provide a reference for the application of ultrasonic phased array testing technology in the detection of small diameter pipe welds of circulating fluidized bed boilers and has practical significance for the relevant research of ultrasonic phased array testing technology.
