Abstract
The possibility is considered of using the splitting method for the numerical solution of non-stationary gas-dynamic problems, taking into account the physical processes most widespread in a high-temperature gas—ionization of atoms and equalization of the electronic and atomic (ionic) temperatures. The results of numerical calculations carried out by the proposed algorithm are presented.
