Abstract
The Political Report of the CPSU Central Committee to the Twenty-seventh Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union noted that the main thing today is to move purposefully, step by step in the chosen direction, to supplement and improve the economic mechanism on the basis of our accumulated experience, and to eliminate everything that has outlived or not proven itself.
