Abstract

Welded joints of pipes made of the zirconium alloy Zr – 2.5% Nb (alloy N-2.5) with transition joints of the alloy N-2.5 – steel 08Kh18N10T are investigated. The welded joints are subjected to thermomechanical treatment, comprising surface plastic deformation and subsequent vacuum annealing. Optimum regimes of annealing with the use of the method of design of an optimum experiment are determined.
