Abstract

The paper discusses the possibility of generation of a set of reusable educational components by means of paradigms of knowledge representation and management, based on contemporary concepts and tools in educational and informational technologies. Definitions of knowledge models such as ontology and characteristics of conception; model of knowledge specification and knowledge expressions by means of language specifications and graph models have been introduced. The possibility of representation of the concepts of educational material by using ontology models and characteristic models has been reviewed. The features of application of the conceptual model of knowledge for formalization of concepts of educational content and its visualization by means of interpreting language and graph models were shown based on the example of the analysis of educational content of introduction of «Technology of programming» course.
