Abstract

The purpose of the methodology paper is to compare three research methodologies and methods for the researcher’s proposed research question on principals’ leadership ability and teachers’ performance at a primary school. The paper will discuss the phenomenology, case study, and the narrative inquiry methodologies of the qualitative paradigm. Interviews, observation, and questionnaire methods will be discussed. Strengths and weaknesses of the chosen methodologies and methods will be analyzed. The paper will conclude with a conclusion.
