Abstract

目的 探讨PBL教学方法在手术室体位摆置带教中的教学效果.方法 在2002级护理本科实习生的体位摆置带教中实施PBL教学.教学中以临床问题为基础,以护理程序为主线,着重于问题的提出、分析和解决.结果 通过PBL教学方法的实施,极大地提高了护生的学习兴趣和临床实践能力.在提高护生学习积极性、护生对PBL教学方法的评价、带教老师对护生综合能力的评价3方面均取得较好的效果.结论 在手术室体位摆置带教中应用PBL教学方法,可以增强教学的有效性,使护生的临床能力训练落到实处。
