Abstract
The development of the oil and gas industry cannot be imagined without improving the quality of machinery and equipment manufactured for this industry, increasing their technical and economic indicators, strength and durability. At present, one of the important areas for increasing the reliability, durability and efficiency of oil production equipment is the use of new high-strength materials, especially plastics, instead of non-ferrous and ferrous metals. The quality of plastic materials compared to other building materials shows that this is a material with unlimited possibilities. An analysis of the design features of parts made of plastic materials used in oil production equipment units and the characteristics of operating conditions shows that the main reason for their use is not severe operating conditions, but the limited scientific research in the field of plastics in oil engineering. The article discusses the study of the use of metal reinforcement in the designs of plastic parts operating in oilfield equipment. At the same time, the use of metal reinforcement in a wide range of equipment designs operating in exploration, drilling and other industries was studied. activities in the oil and gas industry were studied. Sometimes it is necessary to produce materials for which plastics cannot provide the required properties. Therefore, to obtain a product that meets demand, it is necessary to further strengthen the plastic mass with various materials. Materials that improve certain properties of plastic mass are called reinforcement. these reinforcements combine with plastics to form a single piece and give it the desired strength.
