Abstract
Educational information management shall take full advantages of modern information technologies. The comprehensive and deep integration of information technologies and educational management shall be highlighted. As a major part of the educational information management, the university financial information management has already become the inexorable orientation and trend. By introducing the financial budget management system and remote self-service reimbursement system, this article proposes a brief analysis of the effects of the information construction on the university financial management.
