Abstract
肾脏肿瘤具有不同的组织起源,不同的亚型,其治疗和预后更是不同,因此作出正确诊断及病理分型非常重要.然而在诊断工作中仅靠组织学形态常常难以做出正确的判断,对于转移性肾脏肿瘤仅凭组织学形态更难以识别.随着免疫组织化学技术不断快速发展,新型的实用型抗体大量出现及实际应用,人们对以往使用的抗体反应类型也有了全新的认识.因此,为了使免疫组织化学在肾脏肿瘤病理诊断中发挥正确的作用,有必要对相关的抗体及其新应用作进一步的了解.
