Abstract

The article considers the transition to a new model of training and development of professional competencies in the field of labor protection at the national level. Attitude to advanced training courses in the field of labor protection today is ambiguous. Consultants and employers, especially of enterprises with the participation of foreign investors in the oil, mining and other industries, consider it useless and formal, regulatory authorities have reduced training only to knowledge of laws and regulations, workers do not see causal relationships between hazardous and harmful production factors and their health.
