Abstract
Actuator may be considered as an Abrasive (wear & tear) resistance linkage and generally formed as Punch and Pin are used in automobile components such as ignition switch and brake & clutch linkage actuator units. The material has quality in terms of the tribological properties in such part and how these could be enhanced so as to sufficiently resist cyclic wear, non reactiveness, and electrical conductance. Conventionally the links which are being manufactured with regular features using casted material are becoming faulty very often. The actuator fabricated out of FGNM laminate is tested in a prototype form at laboratory level only.
