Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching design in the teaching of Critical Care Nursing. Methods A total of undergraduate students of 2013 and 2014 were selected as research objects.Grade 2014 nursing students were in the observation group, while grade 2013 nursing students were in the control group, 30 cases of each group.The observation group adopted flipped classroom teaching method, while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The theoretical achievement and independent learning ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared. Results The scores of theory score(81.77±4.60) and self-directed learning ability(79.16±10.02)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The observation group of nursing students believed that flipped classroom was beneficial to increase learning interest, improve cooperation ability and comprehensive ability. Conclusions Flipped classroom is conducive to improving teaching effect and improving academic performance and autonomous learning ability of undergraduate nursing students.
