Abstract

With the tide of globalization and informatization surging all over the world, China’s human resource management began the process of informatization. The informatization of human resource management has promoted the development of modern enterprise system and human resource management mode, and brought new changes to China’s human resource management. The progress of society, the development of information technology and the gradual establishment of modern enterprise system in China have put forward higher requirements for human resource management system. Many early human resource management systems have been difficult to meet the human resource needs of modern enterprise management. Human resource data is a huge and cumbersome data set, which contains rich potential knowledge. Therefore, based on DMT and multiple linear regression analysis algorithm, this paper investigates and analyzes the evaluation of assessment management and salary treatment of different departments of company A and B. The survey results show that in the HR assessment and management system, the average salary is 7500, of which the proportion of people with a salary of 8000–10000 yuan is up to 27.6%; The evaluation of the company’s assessment management generally tends to be excellent.
