Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy on pulmonary cavity. Methods Thirty-one patients with pulmonary cavity were selected, and were treated by percutaneous lung biopsy in the CT room, the tissue specimens were sent for pathologic examination. Results In thirty-one cases, 30 cases was positive, of whom lung cancer was 22 cases, TB was four cases, lung abscesses was three cases, pulmonary aspergillosis was one case, undiagnosed was one case. Conclusions CT guided percutaneous lung puncture is simple, safe, positive rate is high, and is suitable for clinical promotion. Key words: CT guided; Percutaneous lung biopsy; Pulmonary cavity
