Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of intertheoretical model on education in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis combined with gastroesophageal reflux. Methods A total of 80 cases of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis combined with gastroesophageal reflux were selected from October 2015 to November 2016.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases of each group. The control group was given conventional nursing. The observation group combined healthy education based on the cross-theoretical model. The nursing effect were compared and observed between the two groups. Results The blood PH, PaO2 and PaCO2 levels of the two groups were observed before nursing, and the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05). The blood PH and PaO2 levels of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). The pulmonary function indexes FVC, DLCO, 6MWT and TLC were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of acute exacerbation, hospitalization and dyspnea in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis combined with gastroesophageal reflux have the ideal effect of combining conventional nursing methods with healthy education based on cross-theoretical model, which is worthy of promotion and application.
